Dream Building Session
Bring us your Pinterest boards, your dream home vision boards, annotated pictures of your best friend’s house – anything goes! We will talk you through the entire build process and get an idea of what you want and where you are looking to build.
Vision Session
Once we have an understanding of the basics, then it’s time to get down to the realities. You’ll meet with Chris, the Master Builder and Chantal the design pro, and turn all of your bits and pieces and vague ideas into a workable plan. That plan will be the basis for your budget, your timeline, and our accountability to you.
Full Steam Ahead
Once the budget has been approved, it’s time to talk DETAILS! The more work we can do on the front end, the better the experience will be for everyone involved. You’ll go shopping with design expert Chantal to look at finishes, details, and little unique choices that will put your stamp on your dream home.
The Build
Breaking ground is the most exciting time for our clients – just knowing the dream is becoming real is enough to keep energy high! We are committed to maintaining open lines of communication (by this point, we’re all pretty much best friends already) and we will let you know before concerns, issues, and deadlines pop up.
Update Sessions
The build always seems to fly by on our end, with all the logistical tasks in our proven system working like a well-oiled machine. On your end? Waiting can be the toughest part of the whole thing. We make sure that you are well informed on the status of every step of your build, keeping you on time and on budget.
